Simone De Colle (PhD Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia) is Associate Professor of Business Ethics & Strategy at IÉSEG.
His research interests include Business Ethics, Stakeholder theory and entrepreneurship, focusing on value creation and ethical decision-making in organizational contexts.
Taking inspiration from the world of theater, he will show how the creative arts can be important for promoting human dignity in organizations, and how they can lead to a more authentic conversation about values, ethics, and meaning.
