Najoua Elommal Manita holds a Ph.D in Management Science, a Master in Marketing and Strategy from Paris Dauphine University, and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Quebec at Montreal (UQAM). Currently she is associate professor in Marketing at EMLV (Business Group). Her research is multidisciplinary in nature and mainly focuses on customer relationship management in services, relationship norms in the B to C context, digital transformation (acceptability of the technology, impact on future jobs ...), gender diversity and performance, access to top management. She is also interested in customer relationship management in other areas, especially the audit field (B to B context: the auditor-audited relationship). Her research has been published in several journals: Technological Forecasting and Social Change, International Journal of Market Research, Revue Management & Avenir, Gestion 2000, International Journal of Business, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business.
