abstract = {Secondary loop architectures and phase change material (PCM) slurries could reduce the environmental impact of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems by lowering significantly the amount of primary refrigerants. However, there is a barrier to their industrial development due to the lack of studies on their behaviour in operational scenarios. The present work analyses the behaviour of different secondary loop systems in an industrial context, here the air conditioning of a supermarket in France. For this purpose, a generic approach, developed in previous work, is proposed to assess their potential of adoption. This modelling approach is able to describe the sustainability and operational performance (energy, environmental, economic, social) of refrigeration systems. After validation of the model on real architecture and components, five standard or new architectures were tested: centralized direct expansion system; secondary loop system with ethylene glycol water; secondary loop system with ice slurries, TBPB hydrate slurries or CO2 hydrate slurries. The main results of this study show that new secondary systems using hydrate slurries have better cooling energy performance than direct expansion or classical brine / ice slurry secondary systems. Moreover, even including pumping power, the life cycle climate performance of secondary loop systems is much better than that of direct expansion systems. However, the total cost of ownership of direct expansion systems is lower than that of secondary systems, but with little differences for smaller pipes. Finally, trade-offs between several performances can be proposed. For example, some architectures with suitable pipe diameters could meet TCO/LCCP-based and CAPEX/pumping-based trade-offs.},

This paper aims to examine the evolution of organizational identification (OI) research over the past five decades and its journey through various lenses, such as the collaborative network of authors, organizations and countries. The conceptual and intellectual structure of the construct is analysed via keywords and co-citation pattern mapping.
Design/methodology/approach
OI research is rising in popularity, with 118 papers published in 2019, 168 papers in 2020 and 15 publications till February 2021 in the Scopus database. The Scopus database is used to retrieve 55?years of OI studies published between 1965 and 2021. The free bibliometric tools Biblioshiny and VOSviewer are used to analyse 1,034 journal papers.
Findings
The result showed that R. Van Dick is the most influential author and the USA is the most involved country in OI research. As per the findings, the Journal of Organizational Behaviour published most of OI research and ?corporate social responsibility? and ?organizational commitment? seem to be the most used keywords alongside OI.
Research limitations/implications
This study will be highly beneficial to OI researchers making their understanding about the construct better. It will also encourage social psychologists to understand the construct utility in workplace social welfare programmes. The research could also help governments and funding bodies to evaluate grant requests. Furthermore, researchers from countries with the lowest proportion of OI studies would be encouraged to spend more time and effort in this area. It will offer insight into international marketing and how individuals and stakeholders perceive and connect with an organization globally.
Originality/value
To the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is one of the important research studies carried out in the domain of OI in the international context. This is also one of the few studies which is spread out across different disciplinary areas including international marketing and management. The success of this paper can open avenues and influence future researchers to study in the OI and related cross-disciplinary areas of international management.},

Based on a panel of firms listed in 42 countries from 2002 to 2019, we document a positively significant (insignificant) relationship between the presence of a sustainability committee and waste generation (waste recycling). In terms of the composition, we find that firms with large committee size and gender diversity (committee tenure and independence) generate less (more) waste. Our analysis also indicates that firms with gender-diverse committees are more likely to recycle their waste. Our findings are robust to alternative estimation techniques and variable specifications, sub-sample analyses, and different identification strategies. This study provides new insights into the structure of the sustainability committee and informs stakeholders and regulators about impression management by firms across countries.},

abstract = {Piezoelectric bimorph cantilevered beams are frequently employed in energy harvesting applications. The use of macro-fiber composites, which combine piezoelectric fibers with rectangular cross-sections and interdigitated electrodes, has significantly enhanced their performance by enabling operation in the 33-mode of piezoelectricity, thereby increasing conversion efficiency. In this paper, the Timoshenko beam theory is applied to overcome the limitations of the Euler-Bernoulli theory in modeling transverse vibrations of harvesters with low slenderness ratios (length to thickness ratios). The mixture rule formulation is applied to determine the equivalent properties of the macro-fiber composite (MFC) structure. The electromechanical properties of a representative volume element (RVE) bounded by two successive interdigitated electrodes are coupled to the overall electro-elastic dynamic model of the structure using the Timoshenko theory. Frequency response functions for the power and tip vibration displacement of the MFC bimorph beam are determined from the model. Experimental data from the literature are used to validate the improved results predicted by the model developed in this paper. A comparative analysis between the electromechanical responses predicted using a model based on Timoshenko and a model based on Euler-Bernoulli theory is conducted showing agreement, for harvesters with large slenderness ratios and discrepancies of up to 30 % for low slenderness ratios. It has also been shown that the model based on Euler-Bernoulli theory overestimates both the mechanical and the electrical responses for low slenderness ratios as the shear and rotary inertia effects are not negligible in this case.},

Based on a sample of 82,487 firm-year observations across 38 countries, we find that tax avoidance is positively associated with inefficient investments. Particularly, the positive effect of corporate tax avoidance is due to the underinvestment problem suggesting that firms engaging in tax saving activities suffer from exacerbated information asymmetry issues leading them to underinvest. More importantly, the results show that the relationship between tax avoidance and investment inefficiency is more prevalent during crisis periods, suggesting that in periods of economic shortfalls, the investment behavior is altered due to high external financing cost. We also find that the relation between tax avoidance activities and investment inefficiency is less prevalent in countries with strong investor protection. These findings are robust to alternative samples, measures of tax avoidance, investor protection and to endogeneity issues.},

abstract = {Innovation is key to the economic performance of firms. However, several types of risks and uncertainties often lead to high failure rates in innovation projects, to the extent that failure is now considered a typical step in an innovation process. If innovation failure was provoking stress in the past, the current socio-economic contexts makes if it something to regularly deal with and learning from. However, there still is a dilemma on whether innovation failure should be considered as an opportunity or a trauma for the firm. Exploring the three steps of an innovation failure, that is identifying, analyzing and experimenting, the present research offers new insights on the nature of innovation failure at an individual and team levels. In particular, via an inductive approach this study provides fours key approaches to understanding innovation failure. First, we have uncovered a wide range of approaches to organizational management and ?Spaghetti' organizational models of innovation that perceive failure as an opportunity for the innovation process. Secondly, our study identified what seems to be a widespread perception of innovation failure as a trauma, which encourages the culture of openness to failure and to share knowledge of failing innovations. Such views apply not only at organizational but also at individual and team levels. Third, our results serve to encourage individuals, teams and organizations to find new ways to learn from failures in innovation projects, and to have a less centralized management and control over innovation. Fourth, in our perception of the domain, failure could become the ?new normal' and a mean to generate new knowledge. This stimulates new directions in the decision-making process, towards novel pathways to innovation.},

solely of humans, or of technology, but instead arises from an emergent interaction between
the two. This, emergent, account of agency deepens our understanding of unfolding IS practice,
but its largely cognitive orientation remains naïve towards affectively-sensed motivations that
also form part of this interaction. By implication, a sociomaterial perspective lacking an affective
dimension offers an incomplete conceptualisation of information systems. In response, an
affectively-informed negative ontology encourages IS researchers to extend their focus beyond the
visible, to encompass how actors' receptiveness towards material objects (discourses, technologies)
is shaped by deep, affectively-derived motivations of which they are not focally aware, but
which nonetheless acquire agency in contributing to a sociomaterial outcome. A central argument,
and illustrative empirical vignette, illustrate how the concepts of sociomateriality, affect,
and negative ontology combine to offer researchers an enhanced understanding of relational
agency. A discussion follows, exploring some initial ontological, epistemological and methodological
implications of an affectively-informed negative ontology for IS research.},

Purpose
This study aims to empirically examine environment, social, and governance (ESG) as an effective strategy to reduce major impediments for a corporation in the form of costs of capital (COC) and systematic risk, especially for emerging markets such as India.
Design/methodology/approach
A sample of 114 Indian firms from eight prominent industries based on Thomson Reuters classification (TRBC) are used in the study. A panel regression with industry-fixed effects is carried out to account for industry heterogeneity. For robustness, the authors also carry out a matched sample analysis.
Findings
The authors observe a negative and significant relationship between ESG performance with COC and systematic risk, respectively. For the pillar-wise analysis, the authors observe that only governance performance is negatively and significantly related to COC whereas the environmental and social performances are negative and insignificant. For ESG pillar level analysis for beta, the authors observe that all pillars are negative and significant, thus making a case for how firms can fine-tune their ESG strategies according to each pillar.
Research limitations/implications
As the ESG concept is still in a very nascent stage, data availability is a definite challenge in India.
Practical implications
As ESG is increasingly becoming relevant for multiple stakeholders, this study aims to provide evidence that can potentially guide the regulators, practitioners, and academicians to address the contemporary needs of these stakeholders, while also doing good for the firm in the traditional sense.
Social implications
The transition to a sustainable economy is a challenge for emerging economies, especially for a country like India where stakeholders are not only varied but also huge in number. With this study's contribution towards an incremental understanding of ESG, Indian regulators and policymakers can bring forward mandates as to ESG compliances that are rewarding for the firms and give them enough impetus towards complying with ESG norms.
Originality/value
The extant literature on ESG majorly discusses the relationship between ESG performance and financial performance. This study addresses the lacuna of the relationship of ESG with COC and beta in the Indian context.},

CEL can help achieve SDGs by redesigning different contextual factors to help promote various policy initiatives. In this vein, this study identifies the factors which could improve the business and social performance of the organizations helping to achieve SDGs through an amalgam of theoretical lenses, particularly the dynamic capability view. Based on extant literature, we developed, validated, and applied a theoretical model using the partial least square structural equation modeling technique on data collected from 327 respondents from different organizations. The study found that CEL capability significantly and positively impacts the various organizational entities and resources, which in turn affects the business and social performance of the organizations. Theoretical and managerial implications of the findings are also discussed.},

abstract = {The lack of in vivo studies on the delivery of doxorubicin within human skin,
especially the absence of data on the doxorubicin diffusion coefficient, has
made understanding its transdermal delivery kinetics challenging. In this
study, as a first step, governing equations and finite element methods were
employed to reproduce Franz diffusion cell experiment in human cadaver skin.
The application of this experiment representative model with a fitting method
resulted in approximate values for the diffusivity of doxorubicin across various
skin layers. The estimated values were used later to conduct a comprehensive
examination of doxorubicin administration for breast tumor treatments. In a
2D axisymmetric model using Fick's Law and then a microneedles array 3D
model, crucial parameters effects on delivery efficiency were examined, such
as the microneedle tip diameter, tip-to-tip distance, and tumor depth. As
highlighted by the findings of this study, these parameters have an impact on
the effectiveness of doxorubicin delivery for treating breast tumors. The focus
of this research is on the potential of numerical methods in biomedical engineering,
which addresses the urgent need for data on doxorubicin diffusion in
human skin and offers valuable insights into optimizing drug delivery strategies

The hypotheses were tested with three-round survey data, collected among employees and peers in various industries. Employees' perceptions that their supervisor engages in deceptive knowledge hiding undermine their own performance-enhancing efforts because they develop career plateau beliefs; this explanatory role is particularly salient among employees exposed to despotic leadership. This study pinpoints a notable risk for employees who feel upset when they believe a despotic supervisor is intentionally concealing knowledge: They grow disappointed with their career situation, which prompts them to adopt complacent behavioral responses that likely render it even more challenging to access valuable supervisor knowledge.},

abstract = {The unprecedented exposure of radiofrequency electromagnetic field (RF-EMF) to humans from mobile communications raises serious public concern about the possibility of unexpected adverse health effects and has stimulated authorities to adopt precautionary exposure limits. These limits are distinctly different across countries,
and the causes of these differences are unclear from the literature. This article is the
first empirical analysis on the determinants of RF-EMF exposure legislation, using a novel cross-sectional database of 164 countries worldwide. The analysis shows that decentralization and mobile competition in countries with low mobile network deployment tend to promote more stringent RF-EMF exposure limits across the dataset with 164 countries. In more decentralized countries, the regions had a greater influence on national legislation and could accommodate local demands with the advent of mobile technology in the 2000s. In contrast, decentralization and mobile competition in countries
with high levels of mobile network deployment tend to relax RF-EMF exposure limits in the sample of 61 countries with fifth-generation (5G) technology. Indeed, restrictive RF-EMF exposure limits are constraining 5G deployment in a context of the widespread adoption of mobile-broadband technologies. These results should be useful for policymakers and mobile operators alike to anticipate the outcome of legislation in countries that have yet to introduce 5G technology. The results should also be
useful when reviewing policies and strategies for the implementation of the upcoming 6G technology in frequency bands that will be increasingly higher (above 6 GHz up to THz for very local usage), and hence where the health effects on humans are less well studied.},

This paper conceptually aims to discuss the dual role of knowledge management (KM) and technological innovation, which brings about innovations, although it can be limited by psychological and emotional ownership.
Design/methodology/approach
This study examines the real impact of the paper on KM and technological innovation in family small to medium enterprises (FSMEs). This is a unique context affected by psychological and emotional ownership. However, COVID-19 has forced FSMEs to consider new strategies and practices to preserve their competitive advantage.
Findings
In this scenario, knowledge exchange, knowledge absorption and technology adoption appear relevant to the innovation process. This study offers a framework for how the duality of KM and technological innovation affects innovation.
Originality/value
Although extant research has explored technological innovation outcomes, a literature review reveals that accumulated studies on the drivers of technological innovation and KM in the context of FSMEs require further inquiry. Family members' emotional ownership may foster KM because identification with organizational goals enhances individuals' willingness to access and share information and stimulates new products and technological development.},

gathered using an online survey involving a sample of 486 French consumers. We
empirically tested the relationships among four factors: attitude toward buying wine
based on SM recommendations, perceived risks, intention to buy wine on SM, and
consumer intention to become an SM wine cooperator. Findings indicate that the
intention to be an SM wine cooperator is positively correlated with attitude toward

abstract = {The irregularity of the time interval between observations in and across the stream is a key factor that leads to a drop in performance when classical machine learning or deep learning models are used for a downstream task requiring multivariate time series. Indeed, irregular multivariate time series not only increase the rate of missing values but also lead to data sparsity, which consequently makes the data almost unleverageable and/or ineffective for models. To tackle this scorching challenge, most of the pioneering approaches apply imputation or interpolation in their core, which might lead to embedding data with noise. To especially address this irregular multivariate time series issue, we introduce, in this paper, a new deep neural network model called ALignment-driven Neural Network. The innovative idea of our model is to transform the irregular multivariate time series into pseudo-aligned (or pseudo-regular) latent values. The latter are shown as a matrix, where the coefficients are the latent values of each feature at user-defined reference time points that are evenly spaced. They are obtained through a duplication process driven by an exponential decay mechanism. The obtained output is then passed to a Recurrent Neural Network model, which is undoubtedly the must-use model for regular time series data. To show that our model added value, we looked at the Intensive Care Unit mortality prediction task. In this unit, the physiological measurements used to make decisions have a problem with time irregularity. Leveraging the publicly available MIMIC-III, we compare the performance of our model to that of flagship models. In addition, we also performed extensive ablation studies to highlight the importance of specific components in our model. Interestingly enough, whenever data is collected 24 and 48 h after a patient's admission, we outperform our pioneering competitors, i.e., +1.1% and +1.5% for the AUC score, +2.3% and for the AUPRC score and +0.6% and +1.7%
for the F1-score.},

In the latter model, we show that a Hurst exponent close to 1/2 can lead to a very high informativeness of the time series, because of the stationarity mechanism extcolor{red}{induced by the Lamperti transform. This result contrasts with the zero information of the fractional Brownian motion for the same value of the Hurst exponent.} In addition, we introduce a multiscale method to get a deeper interpretation of the entropy and of the market information, depending on the size of the information set. Anatomy education often involves the use of cadavers, which can be expensive, time-consuming, and ethically complex. As a result, medical educators need effective ways to engage students and promote learning. Immersive virtual reality (IVR) and serious games (SGs) provide innovative and immersive learning experiences that enhance students' understanding and retention of anatomical concepts and improve the effectiveness of anatomy education. This work aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of IVAL,11Immersive Virtual Anatomy Laboratory. an Immersive Virtual Anatomy Laboratory, for immersive and engaging learning experiences. abstract = {Purpose: This study provides new insights into the relationship between institutional investors' heterogeneity and corporate tax avoidance. It also investigates whether family ownership moderates this relationship.
Design/methodology/approach: Based on a sample of 200 French listed firms from 2008 to 2017, we use the generalized method of moment (GMM) estimator proposed by Arellano and Bover (1995) and developed by Blundell and Bond (1998) to address endogeneity and omitted variable concerns.
Findings: The results show that passive institutional investors are associated with an increase in the level of tax avoidance. However, active ones significantly decrease the levels of tax avoidance practices. Moreover, we show that institutional activism is not sufficient to control managerial actions, particularly in the context of controlled family businesses. The results suggest that families may expropriate the rights of minority shareholders through a controlling coalition with passive institutional investors.
Originality: This paper extends previous research by investigating the heterogeneity of institutional investors' behavior in terms of horizon, ownership, and control. In addition, this paper sheds a new light on how family firms behave regarding tax avoidance practices in presence of active and passive institutional investors.
Research limitations/implications: This study has several practical implications. First, the results are useful for policymakers who should pay more attention to conflicts of interests and constrain passive institutional investors to provide only one service (asset management). Second, this study may sensitize family owners to the need to collaborate with active institutional investors that are effective in the monitoring of the firm. In particular, families should be willing to sacrifice some of their socioemotional wealth to promote balanced ownership structures that exclude investors with business relationships with the company.},

abstract = {Purpose - This study aims to explore when and under what conditions state-owned enterprises (SOEs)
become important players in orchestrating the global climate action and what their roles are as domestic or
international (de)carbonizers.
Design/methodology/approach - This is a conceptual paper that aims to advance understanding of the
role of SOEs in addressing the global climate challenge. The authors build on the institutional theory to
capture the importance of home-country climate regulation mechanisms and advance knowledge on the
internationalization of SOEs. The authors review the literature on the institutional boundaries that shape the
environmental activities of firms at home and abroad and develop the argument on the influence of home
country institutions and internationalization on the role of SOEs in the global climate agenda.
Findings - In this study, the authors elaborate the SOEs' climate action matrix and offer three propositions based
on the fact that SOEs' environmental strategies are driven by the interests of the state as owner and the scope of
SOEs' internationalization. First, the authors propose that the level of home country's climate policy ambition explains
SOEs' stance on climate action. Second, scope of internationalization explains SOEs' stance on climate action. Third,
the progressive/increasing involvement of SOEs in climate action enhances the country's climate stance.
Originality/value - The authors incorporate the climate argument into international business (IB) studies
of SOEs' internationalization, a novel approach that helps us to advance the knowledge on the complex issue
of corporate climate action. The authors argue for a dynamic and reciprocal relationship between home/host
countries and SOEs' climate engagement. In doing this, the authors contribute to the IB research and policy

In Phase 1, this study focused on the advanced manufacturing context of Italy by surveying 540 managers to develop a multiple regression model and test six different GHRM practices as the hypotheses. In Phase 2, qualitative data analysis was analyzed. Our findings highlighted that GHRM practices connected with awards and compensations did not affect green performance. Conversely, a correlation was observed between achieving green performance and practices such as training, aligning management with the company's strategic environmental goals and objectives, involving managers in the process of defining the goals and objectives, and the green reputation of the company and the managers who can act as environmentally responsible leaders. note = {External shocks create various risks for enterprises. Multinational enterprises (MNEs) work to develop resilience and improve their global risk management capability. The COVID-19 pandemic has compelled MNEs to improve their global value chain (GVC) capability to enhance their global risk management and operational performance, which could eventually impact their overall performance. Developing GVC capability is a challenge for MNEs. This study aims to examine the influence of global risk management capability on MNEs' GVC capability to become more resilient to withstand such crises and further enhance their performance. Building on the resource-based view (RBV), dynamic capability view (DCV), and the existing literature, a conceptual research model was prepared. The model was then validated using the PLS-SEM technique to analyze the responses of the 323 managers at different MNEs. The study found a significant positive impact of global risk management capability on GVC capability, which eventually impacted MNE performance.},

abstract = {Rapid industrialization and global supply chains have magnified industrial activities' carbon footprint, resulting in environmental hazards. Several countries have magnified their efforts to reach carbon neutrality goals. The increased attention to carbon-neutral goals has been enabled by United Nations (UN) calls for a carbon-neutral economy. In this context, supply chains will have greater responsibilities to reduce the network's carbon footprint. To achieve carbon neutrality goals, decision-makers must be well-informed and facilitated with suitable theoretical frameworks. In literature, the adoption of intelligent technologies is suggested to construct efficient and smart supply chains. However, there are uncertainties regarding the impact of this transformation on the carbon neutrality goal. The present study caters to the uncertainties by discussing its potential impact on carbon neutrality goals and how to use adopted technologies to achieve the same. A list of 11 potential strategies is identified and modelled to provide a strategic roadmap for smart supply chains' adoption. The proposed framework aims to facilitate carbon neutrality goals. The findings indicate that decision-makers must pay significant attention to circular economy practices. Additionally, green transportation is an impactful area with significant potential to support carbon neutrality goals. Critical insights have been extracted regarding stakeholders' training and process innovation. The study findings can help decision-makers achieve carbon neutrality goals.},

abstract = {Purpose: In this study, we provide a better understanding of the role of leader humility in employee voice by
examining simultaneously the mediating role of intention to share knowledge and the moderating role of
organizational tenure.
Design/methodology: We developed and tested a mediated moderation model. The study hypotheses were tested
with partial least squares structural equation modeling techniques.
Findings: Results from 309 medical representatives supported the study hypotheses, indicating that leader humility
is related to employee voice via intention to share knowledge, and this relationship is stronger for shortertenured
employees than for longer-tenured ones. The study also provides implications for both theory and
practice.
Practical implications: The study provides empirical evidence in support of the positive effect of leader humility on
employee voice. Therefore, we suggest that executive administration should pay particular attention to promoting
humility in leadership to appropriately manage extra-role behavior such as employee voice.
Originality: Recently, leader humility has attracted scholarly attention in organization studies. It is considered a
key antecedent of employees' extra-role behavior and a contextual factor that is associated with many positive
employee and organizational outcomes.},

abstract = {Purpose
Environmental knowledge management (EKM) has been studied mainly owing to the increasing awareness of environmental issues. Such issues have generated a warning in the tourism industry that has stimulated a new wave of research on EKM. EKM forges landscape characteristics and so destination image. In turn, EKM sounds affecting tourism destination which calls for destination personality which shows a research context less explored. From a knowledge management perspective, The present research aims to investigate on EKM to understand how it leverages tourists' and destination personality.
Design/methodology/approach
With the intent of exploring EKM, the research uses a quantitative analysis on a sample of 2,222 young Chinese tourists. In this context, EKM is linked with destination's personality and tourists' personalities, their satisfaction with the destination and their behavioral intentions.
Findings
By SPSS regression model, EKM and destination personality are positively linked. This positive relationship is also reflected on destination personality and destination satisfaction, behavioral intention.
Originality/value
The authors' original contribution to the knowledge management literature extends the new wave of research on EKM. The research also proves the need to make a close collaboration between tourists, the local community and marketers. Marketers need to pay more attention to what tourists want to do and see in the place visited. In a nutshell, there is the need of enforcing and promoting EKM.

In China, coal is the main source of carbon emissions and the most important energy source. Therefore, the coal market and the uncertainty of economic policies are both directly tied to the carbon market. This study explores both the direct impact of economic policy uncertainty and coal price on carbon prices as well as the indirect impact of economic policy uncertainty on carbon prices through coal prices by utilizing the DCC-GARCH model and the NARDL model. The findings indicate that the dynamic correlations between coal prices and the CEPU are always negative and that those between the price of carbon and the CEPU vary by area. Meanwhile, the dynamic correlations between coal and carbon prices are only positive in Shenzhen and Beijing. Both coal prices and economic policy uncertainty produce asymmetrical impacts on carbon prices. Some policy implications are provided for developing the carbon markets in light of the results drawn from the study.},

The study's research question is: Is there evidence that being more corporately ethical in the absence of concern about being so perceived enhances hardcore measures of organisational performance? To answer this question, a linguistic analysis of sustainability reports of firms operating in the Mining, Crude Oil Production Industry is undertaken to reveal that firms' financial performance varies as a function of a particular kind of straightforward language use in corporate reporting. This exercise provides evidence that unselfconscious corporate virtuosity is associated with better corporate financial performance. Implications for practice of this finding are explored.},

abstract = {Situations marked with ambiguity can induce an aversion due to heightened fear of the unknown augmented by individual differences in ambiguity tolerance levels (Einhorn & Hogarth, 1985). Under such situations, an individual's ambiguity tolerance levels can be influenced based on the need to compare with others for ability-related or opinion-related social comparisons. Moreover, specific personality dispositions and emotions like the tendency to maximize and proneness to feel regret are prone to be sensitive towards social comparison effects. Hence, by employing two survey studies across different cultural backgrounds of the Indian context (N = 259) and US context (N = 284), this study aims to examine the under-researched relation between an individual's social comparison orientation (SCO) and tolerance for ambiguity (ToA), along with the emotional disposition traits of maximization and proneness to regret. The results show that the relationship is significant across both survey studies. However, only for ability-related social comparisons. While maximization tendency came as a significant predictor in the Indian context, in the US context, proneness to feel regret came as a significant predictor between the relation of SCO and ToA. The results show that comparing with others influences the tolerance for ambiguity. However, different personality traits reflective of collectivist vs individualistic cultural backgrounds also are a significant predictor of this relation.},

abstract = {In recent in vitro experiments on co-culture between breast tumour spheroids and activated immune cells, it was observed that the introduction of the stress hormone cortisol
resulted in a decreased immune cell infiltration into the spheroids. Moreover, the presence of cortisol deregulated the normal levels of the pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines IFN-?
and IL-10. We present an individual-based model to explore the interaction dynamics between tumour and immune cells under psychological stress conditions. With our model,
we explore the processes underlying the emergence of different levels of immune infiltration,
with particular focus on the biological mechanisms regulated by IFN-? and IL-10. The set-up of numerical simulations is defined to mimic the scenarios considered in the experimental
study. Similarly to the experimental quantitative analysis, we compute a score that quantifies the level of immune cell infiltration into the tumour. The results of numerical simulations indicate that the motility of immune cells, their capability to infiltrate through
tumour cells, their growth rate and the interplay between these cell parameters can affect the level of immune cell infiltration in different ways. Ultimately, numerical simulations
of this model support a deeper understanding of the impact of biological stress-induced mechanisms on immune infiltration.},

Studies in the past have shown that firms haven't been able to gain a long-term competitive advantage by using environmental strategies. Hence, the research analyses how 371 B2B firms from developed and emerging European countries achieve competitive advantage through green marketing strategies. Additionally, those firms are also assessed in reference to their level of engagement with environmental, social, and governance strategies. Our findings highlight that the more the engagement in green marketing by B2B firms, the greater the green competitive advantage that B2B firms in developed European markets can achieve. Hence, the study explores the relationship of B2B marketing, environmental sustainability, and corporate profitability, providing insights into how European firms can balance their financial objectives with their social and environmental responsibilities. The originality of the research stressed the need to pursue social and environmental goals and to preserve the future of people, planet, and profit through green marketing strategies. Food influencers, for example, frequently feature home cooking, a healthier behavior compared to snacking or dining out. This study explored the potential of social media influencers in promoting such behavior. Driven by social cognitive theory, we explored whether self-efficacy, perceived benefits, and concerns (social, entertainment, health, and economic) relate to the intention of the audience to cook at home following the recipes an Instagram influencer provides. We conducted three separate studies (two surveys and one experiment) with a French population of social network platform users. Our results showed that the entertainment value of an observed behavior is the main driver for imitation on social media, along with self-efficacy, at least for women. Mixed results were obtained for social benefits. The perceived ease of the recipe, cooking experience, and explicit verbal encouragement were positively related to self-efficacy. Surprisingly, the effect of health and economic benefits or concerns and labeling was not confirmed.},

However, firms can make substantial progress by adopting regenerative approaches grounded in circular economy principles, enabling them to effectively pursue sustainable development objectives such as responsible production and consumption (goal 12), climate action (goal 13), and the preservation of life on land (goal 15). However, there is a scarcity of research studies that offer guidance to top supply chain (SC) executives, aiming to enhance their environmental focus and enhance the SC viability through regenerative SC practices. This study employed the philosophical perspective of the natural resource-based view. Advancing the SC literature, it tested a theoretical model to investigate the relationship between the political skills and SC analytics skills of top SC executives and the environmental orientation of SCs. Additionally, it examined the direct and indirect (via regenerative SC) relationships between a firm's environmental orientation and SC viability. This study also tested the moderating role of a firm's artificial intelligence-driven big data analytics culture in these relationships. Applying a mixed-methods approach, the study derived a theoretical model to link the aforementioned constructs. Apart from a qualitative investigation, data were also collected through a questionnaire-based survey from 375 samples. The results indicated that the relationship between the political skills and SC analytics skills of top SC executives toward the environmental orientation of SCs is significant. Furthermore, they indicated that a firm's environmental orientation is positively related to a regenerative SC, which in turn enhances SC viability. The findings also provided evidence that a firm's AI-driven big data analytics culture enhances the strength of these relationships. The current study extends the knowledge base by integrating the two unique concepts of digitalization and circular economy.},

abstract = {Although the circular economy is commonly used among industries in developing countries to achieve carbon neutrality targets, its impact on social sustainability must be clarified. Stakeholders (for instance, community stakeholders) have been observed to be unaware of the focal firm's circular supply chain activities. Because this gap has not been generally reflected in the literature, it is critical to perform an empirical study to bridge the gap between theory and practice. The goal of this research was to determine whether new technologies such as big data and predictive analytics might influence an organization's propensity to share information related to circular economy practices with stakeholders as well as to increase connectivity with those stakeholders in the Industry 4.0 era. We also investigated whether these actions could increase stakeholder trust and engagement and social sustainability as a result. We tested our theoretical model using samples from food supply chain firms in South Africa. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted using WarpPLS 7.0 software. The findings show that firms that deploy big data and predictive analytics are more likely to share information related to the circular economy with stakeholders and that these firms are also well-connected with those stakeholders, resulting in increased trust and engagement. This, in turn, contributes to the social sustainability of supply chains. Our research has made a significant contribution by encouraging a theoretical debate regarding the willingness to share information regarding the circular economy and the social sustainability of the supply chain.},

The method belongs to a class of viscosity-splitting procedures and it consists of separating the convection term and incompressibility constraint into two time steps. Unlike the conventional projection methods, the viscosity is not dropped in the last step allowing to enforce the full original boundary conditions on the end-of-step velocity which eliminates any concerns about the numerical boundary layers. We carry out a rigorous error analysis and provide a full first-order error estimate for both the velocity and pressure solutions in the relevant norms. Numerical results are presented for two test examples of non-

abstract = {In the field of business-to-business marketing, corporate ethical identity and corporate brand identity are crucial subjects for discussion. Business organizations function under social norms, and to establish an ethical identity, they must show corporate ethical responsibility, embrace ethical standards, and maintain open communication with suppliers. While an organization's reputation is impacted by the absence of an ethical identity, its financial success is unaffected. Extant literature has not thrown a spotlight on social and environmental performance which indicates that less focus has been given by academics than by practitioners. To fill the lacuna in the existing literature, this study examines the relationships between corporate ethical identity, corporate brand identity, social and environmental performance. The study uses a deductive research approach and develops hypotheses which are further tested using variance based structural equation modeling. The study offers a distinctive contribution to ethics theory and stakeholder theory by showing that developing an ethical identity requires more than just adhering to moral guidelines and upholding open communication. Companies must show that they are ethically responsible towards society. The study provides evidence of the influence corporate brand identity has on environmental and social performance. The findings can be useful in developing business-to-business marketing strategies.},

abstract = {This paper investigates whether climate policy uncertainty (CPU) matters to a firm's dividend policy. Using Gavriilidis's (2021) novel measure of uncertainty related to climate policy and a large sample of US publicly traded firms over the period 1987-2022, we found a positive association between CPU and dividend payouts. This association is stronger for firms with talented managers and less pronounced for firms in climate sensitive industries and headquartered in US States with more stringent environmental regulations. These results contribute to the nascent literature on the implications of uncertainty related to climate policy to corporate financial decisions.},
