be aware that the housing situation is not easy in Paris. It may be
difficult to find an apartment and it is expensive. The
average budget is EUR 650-800 for the residences and the availability is
not guaranteed. Finding an apartment by your own can be more expensive and the landlords often ask for a French guarantor. The residences that Pole Universitaire Leonard de Vinci can help you with are not student residences but private residences with 18m2-25m2 apartments: Lamy Studea in La Defense or Cergy, Pythagore in La Defense Estudines in Nanterre (good option if you are 2 students to share the apartment) The booking may start a bit earlier or later than the date you have chosen according to what is available. If the lease starts earlier than your date of arrival, you will have to pay from there. If the lease starts later than your date of arrival or if you don't apply for a residence apartment (you may not find a place to live in 5 days): Be prepared to stay one or two weeks at a youth hostel or hotel. YOU CAN APPLY FOR ONE RESIDENCE ONLY !!!! Do not send several residence forms. Applying for a residence does not guaranty a place, it depends on what is available.
